Plain-English terms for our digital downloads and free downloads.
Please note: Online checkout coming soon: nothing on this site can be bought yet. This page describes the policy we intend to follow for paid purchases and will be finalised before online checkout opens. Free downloads are available now.
Who we are
Lucy Crafts & Collections is the craft shop of Lucy Creations, a small studio in the Falkland Islands. You can contact us at lucycreations.studio@gmail.com.
What we sell
Digital files only: transparent-background PNG artwork and printable PDFs. Nothing physical is posted to you. Each product page says exactly what is included, the file formats, the licence, and whether the product is a paid product or a free download.
Free downloads
Free items need no payment, no account and no email address. Each one comes with its own licence sheet, and the licence page says which free items are personal-use only and which also include small-business use. We may change or withdraw a free download at any time; files you have already downloaded stay covered by the licence they came with.
Prices, tax and checkout
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Online checkout coming soon. When it opens, payment will be taken by a third-party payment provider, which we will name here and on the checkout before you pay. Any tax or currency conversion that applies will be shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
After a payment is confirmed you receive a download link or file for your purchase, normally as one ZIP. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and for having software that can open PNG or PDF files. If a purchase does not arrive, email us and we will sort it out.
Your licence
Each product comes with the licence shown on its product page and included in the download: see the licence page. In short, the Halloween Collection includes personal use and small-business use (up to 500 items per design); the Christmas Planner Collection and the free Christmas Wish List are for personal use only. Buying a file does not transfer the copyright. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, or use them outside the licence.
AI-assisted artwork
Our listings say when artwork was created with AI assistance, and we check and finish designs ourselves. We keep records of how each design was made and do not knowingly include other people's stock art in products described as original.
Accuracy and colour
We check files before release, but screen and printed colours vary with devices, printers, ink and paper. Preview images are watermarked and are illustrations of the files; the purchased files themselves have no watermark. Falklands-inspired artwork must not be presented as an official government emblem or endorsement.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms takes away or limits any right you have under the law that cannot be taken away or limited, including your rights as a consumer where they apply.
Law and disputes
The governing law and how disputes are handled will be confirmed here before online checkout opens.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms shown when you complete a purchase are the ones that apply to that purchase.
