Privacy notice

Collect less. Keep less. Here is what this site does and does not do with personal information.

The short version

This website does not ask for personal information, has no accounts and no sign-up, and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It does not set cookies, and the search box on the collections page works inside your browser: what you type is not sent anywhere. Free downloads need no email address.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address when your browser asks for a page or a download, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not add analytics or advertising trackers of our own. Cloudflare's own privacy notice applies to what it processes.

If you email us

If you write to lucycreations.studio@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply and to help with your question, and we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful or needed. Please do not send card or bank details by email. Our email address is a Gmail address, so messages pass through Google's email service.

When checkout opens

Online checkout coming soon. We are not taking orders or collecting order data today. When it opens, a third-party payment provider will take your payment and we will name it here first. We expect to receive only what we need to deliver your purchase and keep our records, such as your email address, the product, the amount paid and an order reference. We will list exactly what is shared before you pay. We will not see your full card details.

What we would use it for

• delivering your purchase and sending receipts or download links
• answering questions and fixing file problems
• refunds, licence queries and fraud prevention
• keeping the accounting and legal records we are required to keep

Marketing

We do not send marketing emails today. If that ever changes, we will only email you about it if you have clearly agreed.

How long we keep things

Only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting or legal reasons. We will set out the specific periods here before online checkout opens.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Email lucycreations.studio@gmail.com and we will help.

Other services

If you use a payment provider or other service through this shop, their privacy notice applies to what they collect. We will link to them from here once they are chosen.
