Plain-English licences

Every design we sell is an original Lucy Creations artwork, licensed to you for real-life making. Our products use one of two licences, and each product page says which. Here's the honest summary of both, and which product has which.

Please note: Online checkout coming soon: nothing on this site can be bought yet. Every free download already includes its own licence sheet, and each paid product will include its own licence when checkout opens. The summary below is a plain-English guide.

Personal licence (included with every product)

Use the designs for yourself and for gifts: cards, crafts, scrapbooks, classroom activities, party decor, personal prints. No extra fees, no time limit.

Small-business licence

Use the designs to make physical handmade products you sell — up to 500 items per design (e.g. printed stickers, keyrings, tee-shirts, mugs). One licence per bundle covers its designs. Only products that say so include it.

You may

  • Use purchased designs in personal, non-sale projects, forever.
  • Where your product includes the small-business licence, use its designs to create finished physical products for sale (up to 500 items per design).
  • Print at home or through a local print shop.
  • Resize, recolour or combine designs inside your own project.
  • Keep the files on your own devices — a backup copy is fine.

You may not

  • Resell, share or give away the design files themselves, in whole or in part.
  • Redistribute the designs on clipart aggregators, stock sites or file-sharing services.
  • Claim the designs as your own artwork or register them as a trademark.
  • Use the designs in print-on-demand services. This is not allowed without our written permission first (the Halloween Collection licence does not allow it at all), so please ask us.
  • Use the designs in a way that is offensive, unlawful, or misleading about their origin.

Which product has which licence?

  • Halloween Cute & Spooky Collection (50 PNGs + bonus): personal use and small-business use (up to 500 items per design). No print-on-demand, stock-site or file-sharing uploads.
  • Free Halloween Sample Pack (four designs from the Halloween Collection): personal use and small-business use (up to 500 items per design).
  • Christmas Planner Collection (4 printable pages): personal use only. Print for your household and gift printed copies; no resale, redistribution or commercial use.
  • Free Christmas Wish List: personal use only, the same as the planner.

Free downloads

The free Halloween Sample Pack carries the same friendly terms as the Halloween Collection — personal and small-business use (up to 500 items per design). The free Christmas Wish List is personal use only. No payment and no sign-up needed. The files themselves may not be resold or redistributed. Every free download ships with its own licence sheet inside the ZIP, and freebie pages on this site always link to the full collections they come from.

The short version

Make lovely things with our art. Don't resell our art itself. If a use isn't covered here or you're unsure, the answer is probably "yes, just ask" — email lucycreations.studio@gmail.com.
